Canadian Breakthrough signs Asian deals

Canadian producer-distributor Breakthrough Entertainment has sold more than 130 hours of content to broadcasters in Asia.

. Thai network TrueVisions acquired several one-off docs including “Crackberry’d – The Truth About Information Overload” and “Parkour Takes Vegas“, “China – A Century of Humiliation” and “The Truth About Shoplifting”

. Vietnam Television bagged the doc series “Future Revealed” and “Future Medicine”

RTB in Brunei bought factual-entertainment series “The Re-Inventors”

. TVB in Hong Kong picked up “Crackberry’d”, which debuted on CNBC in the US earlier this year

. Discovery Japan and Korean network Creo Content has picked up “Greatest Tank Battles”.
